Arina Jermitsova holds a BA in Economics from New York University, providing an analytical foundation for evaluating the commercial and structural aspects of client mandates across regulated industries. She joined LegalBison in June 2024 and has since built and led the firm’s Telegram-based engagement channel, establishing herself as a cross-border structuring specialist with direct experience across crypto and digital asset projects, FinTech and payment structures, and offshore incorporation.

At LegalBison, Arina Jermitsova leads the client engagement function through the firm’s Telegram channel, operating as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries. She identifies and sources available corporate structures and turnkey solutions, presents tailored options to prospective clients, and coordinates the transition to implementation managers once a mandate is confirmed.

Her role covers the full front-end of the client lifecycle: market intelligence, product sourcing, client advisory, and handover to the delivery team. She also provides knowledge transfer to implementation managers on new products and agent relationships. Her economics background at NYU supports the analytical approach she brings to evaluating client mandates and matching structures to commercial objectives.
