He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration.
For the past seven years, Wilbert has worked at the intersection of client service and legal delivery with international legal and immigration services firms in Bangkok. As Client Services Manager, he joined a firm at start-up stage and built its client-services function, workflows and technology stack as the business scaled into a structured multi-market legal services operation. Earlier, he served as senior escalation lead and led a team of paralegals managing end-to-end applications across the UK, Australia and the Schengen Area.
His career began with more than a decade at leading global outsourcing providers, where he held subject-matter-expert, quality and KYC roles supporting international insurance, technology and telecommunications clients in high-volume, compliance-driven environments.
Legal project implementation. Wilbert specialises in turning legal mandates into structured, well-run projects: defining requirements, coordinating lawyers, paralegals and external stakeholders, managing documentation and deadlines, and keeping every party aligned until the engagement is complete.
Client relationship management. He manages the full client lifecycle, from first enquiry and needs assessment through onboarding, delivery and long-term engagement, with a focus on clear communication and ownership of outcomes.

Wilbert has deep practical knowledge of visa and immigration procedures across a broad and growing range of jurisdictions, including Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Thailand and the Schengen Area.
