Director

The Director or Directors are the individual with the responsibility of taking decisions of the legal entity, in which they have been appointed. They are liable to apply the decisions of the shareholders “on the ground”.

A director can also be a shareholder. Depending on the jurisdiction and case, another legal entity (such as a company) can be the director of a legal entity.
