MiCA

MiCA (Markets in Crypto Assets) is the regulation of the European Union that introduced a set of rules specific to companies offering crypto-related services across all Member States. MiCA provides clear instructions on how to set up and maintain a crypto business, as well as guidelines for obtaining a license as a crypto company and exempt cases in which this license is not required. It was passed in 2024.
