Legal Address

Legal address is the place (jurisdiction) where a legal entity is officially registered, as well as its billing and mailing address. It can be the physical address of a company’s office or the address of a legal agent who represents this company in a certain jurisdiction. A legal address is a mandatory requirement for forming a company, and many jurisdictions register only those companies that have a legal address within their borders.
