P2E (play-to-earn) is a blockchain-based gaming model that allows players to win rewards of real value by playing online games. It is possible to gain rewards by completing levels and in-game tasks and competing against other players. The concept of P2E was introduced by GameFi, a combination of online gaming and DeFi.
